Ce guide, destiné aux professionnels, est le fruit d'une démarche collective d'accompagnement à la GPEC (La Gestion prévisionnelle des emplois et des compétences )de près de 20 entreprises de services à la personne en région PACA. C'est une démarche très positive, visant à partager une experience et mutualiser les bonnes pratiques, digne d'être saluée.

Acteur de développement de l’offre de services et de sa qualité, le PRIDES (Pôle Régional d’Innovation et de Développement Economique Solidaire) a pour objectif de dynamiser l’emploi durable et de qualité. C'est le premier réseau des entreprises agréées services à la personne en région PACA (associations, coopératives, sociétés commerciales…). Il comporte aujourd'hui près de 90 membres. L'objectif est de favoriser une offre de services de qualité, construite sur des valeurs de solidarité et de responsabilité sociale et environnementale. Il a pour ambition la création d’emplois durables et le développement économique de la filière des services à la personne.

Dans ce cadre, PSP a réalisé le guide « emplois, qualifications et compétences dans les services à la personne », outil issu de la coproduction de spécialistes dans le domaine des ressources humaines et de structures locales du secteur des services à la personne.

Ce guide se veut être un support technique et une aide à destination de toutes les organisations du secteur des services à la personne agréées afin de leur permettre de faire face aux exigences de professionnalisation et de qualité de services.

De l’ensemble des démarches engagées, une matière concrète et utile pour l’ensemble de la filière a été extraite. On y trouvera des témoignages, des analyses sur les problématiques du secteur, un appui méthodologique à la construction d’un plan GPEC, des contacts pour aller plus loin.

Cet outil peut permettre à l’ensemble des acteurs de terrain de la filière des services à la personne une meilleure appropriation des démarches de GPEC et les aider ainsi à concrétiser des
projets de développement mariant efficacité économique et équité sociale.

Présentant un plan d’action spécifique au secteur, ce guide pratique constitue également la trame d’une réflexion et d’une analyse permettant aux responsables de diagnostiquer forces et faiblesses de leurs structures et de créer leur propre plan d’action GPEC.

Le plan d’action proposé recouvre les principales activités du secteur :
- aide à domicile auprès des personnes âgées et des familles,
- garde d’enfants,
- soutien scolaire/bricolage, jardinage.
