L'enseigne France Domicile licencie la moitié de son personnel

L'accueil des Assises de la professionnalisation a été légèrement troublé par le collectif France Domicile, annoncant le licenciement de 10 salariés, de l'enseigne de services à la personne France Domicile.

Deux mois après l'annonce des licenciements chez Serena, France Domicile, l'enseigne créee par des acteurs de l'économie sociale, Mutualité Française, UNA, Unccas, Macif, Matmut, Crédit Coopératif, Casden, Esfin-Ides  licencie à son tour la moitié de son personnel.

L'enseigne, qui prévoit de perdre 2,9 millions d'euros en 2009 préfère licencier et réorganiser son activité vers la vente de services à la personne à des grands comptes (mutuelles, assureurs, distributeurs), et d'abandonner la vente de services à domicile auprès des particuliers.

Interwievée par "Les Echos", le président de France Domicile, Renaud Desvignes, reconnaît que l'entreprise "se prend la crise de plein fouet" d'où la nécessité de mettre "entre parenthèse" l'activité grand public et de procéder à ces licenciements, afin d'anticiper des problèmes de trésorerie. Renaud Desvignes affirme que la société "garde des bases financières solides (...) Le retour à l'équilibre est prévu pour 2010 : d'ici là, il nous faut réduire la voilure et nous adapter au marché", ajoute-t-il.

Ces licenciements successifs chez Serena, puis France Domicile  interrogent sur le modèle économique des enseignes ( la mise en relation). Loin d'être les moteurs de qualité et de qualifications du secteur des services à la personne, ce qui était prévu par le 1er plan de developpement des services à la personne, les enseignes n'ont pas encore trouvé leur modèle.
