Licence professionnelle de management des services à la personne à l'IAE de Poitiers

Le secteur des services à la personne  recherche des jeunes diplômés capables de manager ses entreprises. Pour répondre à cette demande, l’IAE de Poitiers, en partenariat avec la Maison de la formation de Poitiers, proposera dès la rentrée 2009 un diplôme dédié : Licence professionnelle consacrée au Management des entreprises de services à la personne, réalisable en contrat de professionnalisation.


Cette licence professionnelle a pour objectif de former de futurs managers et de développer l'esprit de gestionnaire chez des étudiants souhaitant occuper un poste à responsabilité au sein d'une Entreprise de Services à la Personne :

  • adjoint de direction,
  • responsable de site ou de service,
  • manager de projet

Les titulaires de la licence professionnelle (bac + 3) devront être capables de mener à bien un projet de développement d'entreprise (gestion d’une nouvelle antenne) et/ou de seconder un dirigeant dans le cadre de sa fonction managériale.
Cette formation se prépare par la voie du contrat de professionnalisation.

La formation s’adresse à :

  • des titulaires d’un diplôme Bac + 2 (DUT, BTS, L2) ;
  • des salariés dans le cadre de la formation continue (plan de formation, période de professionnalisation, congé individuel de formation…).
