Créez votre association de service à la personne et participez à l'appel à projets consacré à l'économie sociale de la Mairie de Paris. Seybah Dagoma, adjointe au maire chargée de l'économie sociale, a annoncé le 1er avril le lancement d’actions pour la création à Paris d'emplois d'insertion et le développement de l'économie sociale et solidaire. Clôture des candidatures : le 10 juillet.

Pour créer des emplois d’utilité sociale, la Ville de Paris lance un appel à projets afin de développer le nombre de structures employant des personnes en difficulté, tout en rendant de nouveaux services aux Parisiens. Le services à domicile repondent le plus souvent à ces 2 critères.

Objectif : créer au minimum cinq nouvelles structures en 2009 et piloter le lancement d’actions pour la création à Paris d'emplois d'insertion et le développement de l'économie sociale et solidaire. Elle visitait l’association "Coup d'main" employant des personnes en difficulté.

Cet appel à projet est ouvert du 10 avril au 10 juillet 2009, puis reconduit en 2010. Un jury associant les acteurs et professionnels du secteur retiendra à l’automne les projets lauréats qui pourront bénéficier :
- d’une subvention d’aide au démarrage allant jusqu’à 25 000 euros,
- d’une participation financière en fonction de l’embauche d’allocataires du RMI,
- d’une aide à la recherche de locaux d’activité,
- d’un accompagnement,
- d’une mobilisation des supports de communication de la Ville.

Parmi les 9000 emplois qui seront pourvus dans le cadre du Plan départemental d’insertion (PDI), la Ville de Paris vise la création de 2200 emplois d’utilité sociale en 2009 pour les personnes en difficulté.
Elle soutient particulièrement les structures d’insertion par l’activité économique (SIAE) qui permettent de développer l’activité économique et de faciliter l’accès à l’emploi des personnes qui en sont éloignées : entreprises d’insertion, entreprises temporaires de travail et d’insertion, associations intermédiaires, chantiers d’insertion et régies de quartier.

Une attention particulière est accordée aux secteurs de l’aide à la personne. Les critères de sélection des projets sont :

Les opportunités d’insertion des parisiennes et parisiens les plus éloignés de l’emploi.
Le service nouveau ou original rendu aux parisiennes et aux parisiens ;
L’équilibre économique global du projet et la professionnalisation/ qualification des gestionnaires.
