Chorum et son pôle de recherche CIDES, en partenariat avec l’UNA et la Mutualité française viennent de publier un « Guide des pratiques de prévention des risques professionnels dans le secteur de l’aide et des soins à domicile » à destination des organismes et des salariés du secteur.

Téléchargeable gratuitement, ce guide se présente sous forme de 22 fiches pratiques thématiques, qui abordent toutes les composantes d’une démarche de prévention : les contraintes physiques, les risques psycho-sociaux, la formation, etc..

L'objectif est de mieux appréhender les risques dominants dans le secteur de l’aide et des soins à domicile, identifier les pratiques expérimentées par des structures d’aide à domicile, et faire connaître les lieux ressources en matière de prévention des risques professionnels.

En effet, les métiers de l’aide et des soins à domicile sont, dans l’économie sociale, parmi les plus touchés par des contraintes physiques (manutention manuelle, port de charge, contraintes posturales et articulaires, positions debout, accroupies, piétinement, torsions, postures penchées, etc.). En outre, les professionnels de ce secteur sont confrontés par le caractère même de leur travail, à la question des déplacements sur la voie publique, que ce soit avec un véhicule, à pied ou en transports en commun, en fonction de l’environnement de travail. Le stress, le mal-être, la souffrance au travail et leurs conséquences pour la santé représentent une part importante des risques professionnels.
